1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Barista voucher system ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Voucher Purchase and Use
2.1 Purchase: Vouchers can be purchased through our website using accepted payment methods. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
2.2 Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded.
2.3 Redemption: Vouchers can only be redeemed at participating Barista locations in Sri Lanka. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.4 Transferability: Vouchers are transferable and can be gifted to others. The holder of a valid voucher code is entitled to redeem it.
3. Account Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
3.3 Prohibited Uses: You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
4.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the voucher will not be issued. You will be notified of payment failures via email.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refund Eligibility: Vouchers may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if they have not been used or partially redeemed.
5.2 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
5.3 Non-Refundable Items: Promotional vouchers, discounted vouchers, and vouchers purchased with promotional codes may not be eligible for refunds.
6. Limitation of Liability
Barista Coffee Lanka Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
